A) Terms of Sale (International)

 

1. About Us

Faith Worldwide (“Faith Worldwide”, “we”, “us”, “our”)

2. Scope

These Terms of Sale govern purchases made on our website. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Separate policies (e.g., Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and the EU/UK Cancellation Policy) form part of this agreement.

 

3. Products & Print‑on‑Demand

3.1 Our wall art (e.g., posters, canvases) is produced individually after you place an order (print‑on‑demand). 

3.2 Minor variations in color, size, finish, and material may occur due to display settings, print processes, or manufacturing tolerances; such variations are not defects. 

3.3 Product images are illustrative. Please check sizing/finish details before purchase.

 

4. Pricing, Taxes & Duties

4.1 Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and include applicable sales/VAT/GST where required. 

4.2 Depending on your delivery country, **import duties, customs fees, and local taxes** may apply and are your responsibility. We do not control these charges.

 

5. Ordering & Contract Formation

5.1 Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or reject orders at our discretion (e.g., address verification issues or clear pricing/availability errors). 

5.2 A contract is formed when we **confirm dispatch** or otherwise explicitly accept your order. 

5.3 We may cancel and refund orders in cases of error, suspected fraud, trade/sanctions restrictions, or where fulfillment is not reasonably possible.

 

6. Payment

6.1 We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal, credit/debit cards, and other electronic services). 

6.2 You are responsible for ensuring the payment method is valid and authorized.

 

7. Shipping & Delivery

7.1 We ship to the countries shown at checkout via our print and logistics partners. Orders may be fulfilled from regional production partners, and items may ship separately. 

7.2 Estimated delivery times shown on product and/or checkout pages are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur (customs, carrier disruptions, peak seasons). 

7.3 **Title & Risk.** Title passes upon delivery. **For consumer orders in the EEA/UK, risk of loss passes only when the product is delivered to you or to a person you designate.** For business customers, risk passes upon handover to the carrier. 

7.4 If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal, we may charge reship fees or issue a refund minus outbound shipping (where permitted by law).

 

8. Right of Withdrawal / Returns

8.1 **EEA/UK consumers:** You have a statutory **14‑day right of withdrawal** from delivery (unless an exception applies under local law). Instructions and a model withdrawal form are provided in our **EU/UK Cancellation Policy** below. 

8.2 **Non‑EEA consumers:** We voluntarily offer a **14‑day return period** from delivery for unused, undamaged items in the original packaging (see **Returns & Refunds Policy**). 

8.3 **Exceptions:** Customized or made‑to‑order items (including print‑on‑demand personalized prints) may be excluded from returns where allowed by law. 

8.4 Return shipping costs are normally borne by you unless the item is defective or we made an error. 

8.5 **EEA/UK – Refunds & Withholding.** We will reimburse all payments received from you (including standard delivery costs, if applicable) without undue delay and in any event **within 14 days** from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier. 

8.6 **EEA/UK – Diminished Value.** You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. 

8.7 **EEA/UK – Notice & Address.** To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us (Faith Worldwide, Dieselstraße 4, 30916 Isernhagen, Germany, info@faith-worldwide.com) by a clear statement. Please contact us before returning; we may provide a region‑specific return facility.

 

9. Defects & Warranty

9.1 Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us promptly if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect (with photos where possible). 

9.2 Your statutory consumer rights under mandatory local law remain unaffected.

 

10. Liability

10.1 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law (e.g., for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud). 

10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for: (a) indirect or consequential loss; (b) loss of profits/revenue; (c) delays outside our reasonable control. 

10.3 For simple negligence, our liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damages related to essential contractual duties.

 

11. Donations (Giving Program)

11.1 We donate **50% of profit** from product sales to Christian initiatives. 

11.2 Project selection is at our discretion; an up‑to‑date overview is published on our website. 

11.3 This is a **voluntary corporate giving commitment** and **not** part of the purchase consideration; it creates no enforceable right for customers or third parties. 

11.4 Purchases are **not tax‑deductible donations**. We are not a charity.

 

12. Intellectual Property

All content (artworks, images, designs, text, trademarks) is owned by Faith Worldwide or its licensors and is protected by IP laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

 

13. User Accounts & Acceptable Use

You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and for all activities under your account. Do not misuse the website (e.g., interfere with security, scrape content, infringe IP).

 

14. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure or delay due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, war, epidemics, labor disputes, carrier failures, government actions).

 

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

15.1 **Consumers in the EEA/UK:** Your mandatory consumer protection rights of your country of residence apply and cannot be restricted by this agreement. 

15.2 **All others:** German law applies (excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods). 

15.3 For business customers (non‑consumers), exclusive venue is Hanover, Germany.

 

16. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order.

 

17. Trade Compliance

You represent that you are not subject to sanctions or export restrictions and that you will not use our products in violation of applicable trade laws.

 

18. EU ODR

The European Commission’s ODR platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

 

19. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.

B) Returns & Refunds Policy (International)

 

1. Overview

We want you to love your art. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

 

2. EU/EEA/UK Consumers – Statutory Withdrawal

- **Period:** You have **14 days** from the day after delivery to withdraw without giving any reason (unless a legal exception applies, e.g., customized goods). 

- **How to withdraw:** Notify us by a clear statement to **Faith Worldwide, Dieselstraße 4, 30916 Isernhagen, Germany; info@faith-worldwide.com**. You may use the model withdrawal form in our **EU/UK Cancellation Policy** below. 

- **Refunds:** We reimburse within **14 days** of being informed of your decision; we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or you supply evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier. We refund standard outbound shipping (if charged), but not any premium/express upgrade. 

- **Returns cost:** You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we agree otherwise or the item is defective. 

- **Condition:** You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. 

- **Exceptions:** No right of withdrawal for customized or clearly personalized items, where permitted by law.

 

3. Non‑EEA Customers – Voluntary Returns

We offer a **14‑day return window** from delivery for unused, undamaged items in the original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by you unless we made an error or the item is defective.

 

4. Condition of Returned Items

Items must be in resaleable condition: unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all protective materials and accessories. Please use suitable outer packaging to avoid transport damage.

 

5. Return Process

Email **info@faith-worldwide.com** with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if damaged/defective). We’ll provide return instructions and the return address. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

 

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless we are at fault. Processing time depends on your bank/payment provider.

 

7. Exchanges / Replacements

For damaged or defective items, we will arrange a replacement or refund in line with applicable consumer laws.

 

8. Non‑returnable Items

Where permitted by law: customized or personalized items, and items not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

C) Safety & Care Instructions (Wall Art & Frames)

 

Important Safety Notice

- **Not a toy.** Keep out of reach of children. Small parts (e.g., hanging hardware) may pose a choking hazard. 

- **Mounting safety.** Always use appropriate wall anchors and screws for your wall type (drywall, brick, concrete). When in doubt, consult a professional installer. 

- **Weight limits.** Check product weight and ensure your hooks/anchors are rated accordingly. 

- **Glass & edges.** Framed prints may use glass or acrylic glazing. Handle with care; consider gloves to avoid cuts and fingerprints. 

- **Heat & moisture.** Do not place near open flames, heaters, or in high‑humidity areas (bathrooms) unless specified as suitable. Avoid direct sunlight to reduce fading. 

- **Cleaning.** Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use solvents, abrasive cleaners, or excessive moisture. 

- **Packaging materials.** Dispose of plastic wraps and corner protectors safely; keep away from children and pets. 

- **Adhesive hanging.** If using adhesive strips, follow the manufacturer’s maximum load rating and surface instructions. Improper installation can cause falls or damage. 

- **Local warnings.** Some regions (e.g., California Proposition 65) may require additional warnings. We will include them on relevant product pages where applicable.

 

Care Tips

- Hang in a stable indoor environment (approx. 18–24 °C; moderate humidity). 

- For canvases: avoid pressing or puncturing the canvas surface. 

- For posters: consider UV‑filter glazing and acid‑free mats for longevity.

D) Shipping Policy (International)

 

- **Processing.** Print‑on‑demand production usually begins within 24 hours of order confirmation. 

- **Estimates.** Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and vary by destination; they are not guarantees. 

- **Fulfillment.** Orders may be produced and shipped by regional partners; items may ship separately. 

- **Tracking.** You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships. 

- **Customs.** International orders may incur customs duties/taxes payable by the recipient. 

- **Address issues.** If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal, we may charge reship fees or refund minus outbound shipping where permitted.

E) Giving Program (Customer‑Facing Statement)

 

We donate **50% of profit** from product sales to Christian initiatives. Project selection is at our discretion and published on our website. This giving commitment is a company initiative and **not** a term of sale or a promise to any individual customer. Purchases are **not tax‑deductible donations**.

F) EU/UK Cancellation Policy (Right of Withdrawal)

 

**Right of Withdrawal** 

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within **14 days** without giving any reason.

 

**Withdrawal Period** 

The withdrawal period expires **14 days after the day** on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods.

 

**To exercise the right of withdrawal,** you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) to:

You may use the **model withdrawal form** set out below, but it is not obligatory.

 

**Effects of Withdrawal** 

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (if any), without undue delay and in any event **no later than 14 days** from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

 

**Return of Goods** 

Please send back the goods without undue delay and in any event **no later than 14 days** from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. You will have to bear the **direct cost of returning the goods**, unless otherwise agreed or the item is defective.

 

**Liability for Diminished Value** 

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

 

**Exceptions** 

The right of withdrawal does **not** apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, where permitted by law (e.g., customized print‑on‑demand items).
