Shipping & Delivery — Faith Worldwide (International)

This page explains how we produce and ship your order, the delivery timeframes you can expect, and what to do if something goes wrong.

1) Production (Print‑on‑Demand)

- **Made to order.** All Faith Worldwide products are produced individually after you place an order (print‑on‑demand). 

- **Local production where possible.** We work with **Gelato** and regional production partners so your item is made as close as possible to the delivery address to reduce transport distances and emissions. 

- **Start of production.** Production typically begins **within 24–48 hours (1–2 business days)** after order confirmation. During peak periods or holidays, the start may be slightly delayed.

 

> _Note:_ Because items are made to order, changes to the shipping address or product details are only possible **before** production starts. Please contact us immediately if you need an adjustment.

2) Fulfilment, Carriers & Tracking

- **Regional carriers.** Once your order is produced, it is handed over to regional carriers (e.g., DHL, UPS, national postal services). 

- **Tracking.** You will receive an automatic tracking email as soon as your parcel ships. Tracking events may take **24–48 hours** to populate after the first scan. 

- **Split shipments.** Multiple items may ship separately at no extra cost so you can receive available items sooner.

3) Delivery Estimates (after dispatch)

Delivery times below are **estimates**, not guarantees. Customs processing, carrier capacity, weather, or peak seasons can introduce delays.

> If your parcel is time‑sensitive (gift, event), please order early to allow for unforeseen delays.

4) Shipping Costs

- Shipping costs depend on **destination, product size/weight, and selected option** (if multiple options are available). 

- All costs are shown **transparently at checkout** before you complete your purchase. 

- Expedited options may be available for certain destinations.

5) Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

- Orders shipping outside your country may be subject to **import duties, taxes, and fees** imposed by the destination country. 

- These charges are **not included** in our prices and are the **recipient’s responsibility**. We cannot predict or control these amounts. 

- Carriers may require payment of duties/taxes before or at delivery.

6) Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

- Please ensure your **delivery address** (including apartment/suite number and phone) is complete and accurate. 

- If a parcel is returned due to an **incorrect or incomplete address**, repeated delivery attempts, non‑collection, or refusal, we may charge **reship fees** or issue a **refund minus outbound shipping** where permitted. 

- Some carriers **cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes**; a physical street address may be required. APO/FPO/DPO delivery may not be available in all cases.

7) Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

- **Delayed:** Tracking that shows “in transit” for several days is common during customs or peak periods. If your parcel exceeds the estimate by more than **7 business days**, contact us and we will investigate. 

- **Damaged:** If your item arrives damaged, **retain all packaging** and send clear photos of the product + packaging to **info@faith-worldwide.com** within **7 days** of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund after review. 

- **Lost:** If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the parcel, check with household members and neighbors first, then contact us. We may file a **carrier claim** and support you with a resolution.

8) Sustainability & Packaging

- We aim to use **safe, resource‑conscious packaging** and **FSC‑certified materials** (e.g., poster paper, canvas, wooden frames) where available. 

- Our **local‑production approach** reduces shipping distances and helps avoid overproduction. 

- Where feasible, we minimize plastic in packaging while protecting your artwork in transit.

9) Title & Risk (summary)

- Title transfers upon delivery. 

- For **EEA/UK consumer orders**, **risk of loss passes only upon delivery to you or to a person you designate** (see our Terms of Sale). For business customers, risk passes upon handover to the carrier.
