1.1 How are the artworks printed?

Our pieces are printed using high-quality 12-color Giclée printing on 200 gsm matte premium paper or textured canvas – delivering vibrant colors, fine details, and a true gallery look.
1.2 What is the difference between posters and canvases?
  • Poster: Matte premium, FSC-certified paper, reflection-free and ready to frame.
  • Canvas: Printed on a cotton-polyester canvas, stretched on an FSC-certified wooden frame – true gallery quality.
1.3 What sizes are available?

– Sacred Edition (30×40 cm / 12×16") – ideal for prayer corners or as a meaningful gift

– Gallery Edition (50×70 cm / 20×28") – versatile and timeless

– Statement Edition (70×100 cm / 28×40") – bold and impactful, the spiritual centerpiece of any room
1.4 Can I order the artwork with a frame?

Currently, we only offer unframed artworks.
1.5 Are the paper and canvas sustainable?

Yes. Our posters are printed on FSC-certified premium matte paper, and our canvases are stretched on FSC-certified wooden frames – produced locally whenever possible and plastic-free packaged.

3.1 Do I really donate if I use a discount code?

Yes. Even during sales or discount campaigns, 50% of our profit is donated – your purchase always makes an impact.
3.2 Can I support a specific project?

Yes! Just email us at info@faith-worldwide.com if you want to support a specific project. We’ll provide you with all the details.
3.3 Where exactly do the donations go?

50% of our profit goes to Christian projects worldwide – for example, Bible distribution, educational work, and support for local churches.

4.1 How can I pay?

You can pay securely with credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay and much more options.
4.2 Can I change or cancel my order?

As long as your artwork has not yet been produced, yes – just contact us as quickly as possible.
4.3 How do I redeem a discount code?

5. 📦 Shipping & Returns
5.1 How does shipping work?

Each piece is made to order and usually ships within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once it’s on its way.
5.2 How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after shipping. All orders are securely and plastic-free packaged.
5.3 How much is shipping?

Shipping is free – within Germany and many other countries.
5.4 Where do you ship to?

No worries – we’ll send a free replacement. Just email us a photo of the damage at info@faith-worldwide.com.
5.5 What if my package arrives damaged?

Since each piece is custom-made to order, returns are only possible in cases of damage or incorrect delivery.
